Project: University of Arkansas Fort Smith - Health Science Center

Owner: University of Arkansas Fort Smith

Scope: This project was a new three story 66,000 square feet Health Science Building. It houses dental, nursing, x-ray and various other medical trades. It has x-ray rooms, a birthing room, and many mock hospital rooms. It’s a conventional steel structure with brick, pre-cast and EIFS exterior with a copper penny standing seam roof. It has an open atrium with a spiral stair case located in the center of the building. This project was constructed using the construction management method and was completed on schedule.

Project: Charleston High School

Owner: Charleston Public Schools

Scope: This project was a new 88,000 square feet High School and Gymnasium. The building is a metal building with standing seam roof with some structural steel and flat roof areas. It has a split face block and brick veneer exterior. The interior walls are masonry at corridors and metal stud with high impact sheetrock at administration and separating classrooms. This project was constructed using the construction management method and was completed on schedule.

Project: Booneville Elementary School

Owner: Booneville Public Schools

Scope: This project was a new 103,015 square feet Elementary School. It houses grades K-3 in one wing and grades 4-6 in the other wing. It’s a conventional steel structure with split-face block exterior with a metal roof. This project was publicly bid and was completed on schedule.
